Have questions about our new name?

Below is a list of questions that are being frequently asked by our clients, partners, and the community. We’ll continue to update this list as new common questions are asked.

No, we are not being acquired or merging. This is a name and brand change only. Same firm, same team, same relationships!

No action is required. You’ll simply begin seeing the Wellment Financial name and new branding as the transition rolls out.

What’s changing is our name and brand (logo, colors, and language). What’s staying the same is what matters most: your advisor, your relationship, and the level of service you expect.

Because we’ve evolved as a firm, and our brand needed to catch up to who we are today. This change aligns our name and identity with our purpose and the experience we deliver.

We listened closely, and the clearest feedback was that our previous name was the part people connected with least, so we chose one that communicates our purpose more clearly. We wanted something that better reflects who we’ve grown into as a firm and the deep, loyal relationships we’ve built with our clients and community.

Wellment is about helping people retire well and live fully — with clarity, confidence, and a future well meant.

This has been a thoughtful, research-driven effort shaped by conversations across our client community. The most consistent insight was that our name didn’t clearly reflect who we are or the value we deliver, so we built a brand that matches the real experience of working with us.

You’ll see the Wellment Financial name appear across statements, emails, our website, and materials as we transition. You’ll also see a new logo, new colors, and clearer language, and for a period of time you may see both names used together so it’s always clear it’s still us.

No, nothing is changing with your accounts or how we work together. You may see the new name on statements and communications as the rollout progresses, but your accounts and access remain the same.

You can reach us the same way you always have. All phone numbers remain the same, and you can continue using your existing email addresses. Emails sent to our former @fsrwealth.com addresses will automatically forward to our new @wellment.com inboxes, so your message will always reach the right person.

If anything ever looks unfamiliar, don’t click links or share information. Call your advisor using the number you already have, and we’ll verify it immediately.
